You’ll learn about the vineyards, the vines and the terroir of the Extreme Sonoma Coast. If Mother Nature allows, we’ll harvest Pinot Noir at Balistreri Vineyard and taste vineyard designate wines on site.
To the Winery Tony will lead a cellar tour and barrel tasting. Missed your morning exercise? No worries…you’ll have a chance to learn his unique punch down techniques hands-on. A real workout!
